For over 30 years the firm has been involved with over 400 high-end residential projects, under the leadership of Sergio Estenssoro, a licensed Master of Architecture (University of Illinois, Champagne, Urbana) with over 30 years of experience.

Sergio's homes have been featured on neighborhood "housewalks" in neighborhoods such as Hinsdale, Kenilworth, Winnetka, and other North Shore neighborhoods, having receiving several awards. Sergio Estenssoro is proud to have designed the greatest number of houses that border our Great Lake Michigan, on the North Shore of Illinois.
